DoStack

Terms of Use

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of DoStack, the app for iPhone, iPad and Mac and its sync service, published by Mathieu Delacroix, an independent developer based in France (“we”). By using DoStack you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app downloaded from the App Store.

1. The service

DoStack helps you organize tasks, projects and reminders. It works on a single device without an account. Signing in with Apple lets you sync your data between your devices, free of charge.

2. Your account

An account is optional and created with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the devices and Apple ID you use with DoStack. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, as described in the privacy policy.

3. DoStack Pro

  • DoStack Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly (€1.99) or yearly (€15), or the equivalent shown in the App Store in your country. It unlocks photos in task descriptions and the advanced editor.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before that end.
  • A free trial, when offered, converts into a paid subscription at its end unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro remains available until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the tasks, notes and photos you create. You give us only the permission needed to store and sync them for you. You are responsible for your content and must not use DoStack to store or share unlawful content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, disrupt or overload our servers, or reverse engineer the service beyond what the law allows.

6. Availability

We work to keep DoStack and its sync reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We may change or improve features. If we ever stop the sync service, we will tell you in advance so your data stays on your devices.

7. Third-party content

Link previews show content from third-party websites, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data you did not keep elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Termination

You can stop using DoStack and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that seriously breaches these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its effective date, and tell you in the app for any significant change.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
